Description
These custom made fuel cells are designed to mount in the stock location of the factory spare tire. CNC laser cut and professionally hand TIG welded to perfection from 1/8" 6061T6 aluminum with internal baffles and rear sump. Two rear 3/8" NPT rear sump pickup bungs, one top 3/8" NPT and one front 3/8" NPT return line accommodate many different line routing options (optional and additional ports available). Cradle is built from 3/16" bottom skid plate and 1/8" formed steel sides for protection and strength! Fuel filler neck is located behind the stock bumper license plate location for easy and clean install. Cell holds 33 gallons. Both the cell and the cradle come in a raw finish. Mounting hardware is included. Fuel line fittings/plugs and sending unit not included.Requires removal of spare tire and modification of exhaust system. We have done our best to design it to clear most hitch configurations but given the dozens of variations out there, this is not guaranteed.OFFROAD AND SHOW USE ONLY!
