Pusher 3.5" MEGA Intake Manifold for 2007.5-2024 6.7L Cummins

 
For vehicles with emissions equipment removed. Not compatible with factory emissions systems.
 
The Pusher 3.5" MEGA Intake Manifold is built for 2007.5-2024 Ram 2500/3500 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Cummins. Designed to replace the restrictive factory intake manifold, the MEGA improves airflow through a large 3.5" inlet that smoothly transitions into dual 3" mandrel-bent runners.
 
This twin-tube design nearly doubles the outlet area of the stock manifold while reducing restriction in the factory intake path. The result is improved airflow into the engine, with expected benefits including quicker turbo spool, improved throttle response, reduced EGTs, and less overall strain on the engine.
 
Unlike some aftermarket intake systems, the Pusher MEGA is designed to work with the factory #1 injector line. No proprietary high-pressure fuel line is required, helping keep future service simpler and allowing the use of commonly available OE-style replacement parts.
 
Pusher’s manifold design also eliminates the long factory driver-side flange bolt that passes through the center of the stock manifold air plenum. By using a shorter bolt in this location, the MEGA helps free up the airflow path while retaining the factory six-bolt mounting pattern for a proper seal.
 
Flow bench testing showed the Pusher 3.5" MEGA Intake Manifold provides a 49.4% increase in airflow over the factory manifold.

Optional Heater Grid Delete Upgrade
For customers looking to further reduce intake restriction, this listing can be upgraded with the Pusher CNC-Machined Heater Grid Delete. The factory heater grid sits directly in the intake path and can create a major airflow restriction. The Pusher Heater Grid Delete replaces it with a precision CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum plate featuring a pocketed underside and enlarged inlet for improved airflow.
 
In flow bench testing, the Pusher intake manifold with the factory heater grid flowed 396 CFM. Replacing the factory heater grid with the Pusher Heater Grid Delete increased flow to 528 CFM under the same test conditions.
