Description

For vehicles with emissions equipment removed. Not compatible with factory emissions systems.

This product does not fit the cab chassis style truck without modifications.

The 6.7L Cummins Coolant Reroute Kit is designed to enhance coolant flow to the rear cylinders while streamlining the exhaust side of the engine. This straightforward upgrade reduces unnecessary clutter, improves coolant distribution to the back of the cylinder head, and eliminates the failure-prone flex joint in the factory coolant riser—a common source of leaks. It’s also an essential modification for aftermarket turbocharger setups that require additional space beyond the factory layout.

Individual part overview:

  • Coolant riser adapter machined from 6061 aluminum and anodized for superior corrosion resistance
  • Transmission dipstick bracket CNC laser cut and formed from brushed 304 stainless steel
  • Pre-formed coolant hose
  • Cylinder head coolant adapter
  • Miscellaneous hardware and seals

This kit secures the following components while making room for other turbo configurations:

  • Coolant riser tube
  • Transmission dipstick tube
  • Drive pressure sensor
  • CCV routing (optional)
  • Developed and tested for over 2.5 years with the Pusher High Mount Compound System
  • Coolant riser adapter connection proven to hold over 90PSI of coolant pressure Proven double digit drop in coolant temps.
