This product does not fit the cab chassis style truck without modifications.
We designed the 6.7L Cummins Coolant Reroute Kit to increase coolant flow to the rear cylinders and 'clean up' the exhaust side of the engine. This simple setup addresses the unnecessary clutter on the exhaust side of your engine, increases coolant flow to the back of the cylinder head, and eliminates the failure-prone flex joint in the factory coolant riser (a common source of leaking coolant). This is also a must have for aftermarket turbocharger configurations that may need more room than the factory layout.
Individual Part Overview
- The coolant riser adapter and tee fittings are precision CNC-machined from high-quality 6061 aluminum and anodized for enhanced corrosion resistance.
- The individual drive pressure and transmission dipstick brackets are CNC laser cut and precision-formed from brushed 304 stainless steel for durability and a refined finish.
- Pre-formed coolant return hose.
- Miscellaneous hardware and seals.
This kit secures the following components while making room for other turbo configurations:
- Coolant riser tube
- Transmission dipstick tube
- Drive pressure sensor
- CCV routing (optional)
- Developed and tested for over 2.5 years with the Pusher High Mount Compound System
- Coolant riser adapter connection proven to hold over 90PSI of coolant pressure
- Proven double digit drop in coolant temps. Results vary by application and use conditions
