The Pusher Max Compound Turbo System for 2004.5-2005 Duramax LLY Trucks Compatible with most Borg Warner S400 frame chargers and Garrett chargers.
- CNC machined and laser cut flanges for flawless mounting to your Duramax engine
- Fully TIG welded with precise settings to produce beautiful welds and optimal penetration without impacting air flow.
- The overall design and location of all components allows easy access and installation
- Base kit includes 3" Pusher Max HD Charge Tube that properly supports the factory y-bridge at over 70 PSI of boost
- Can be optioned with Pusher SuperMax Y-Bridge
- 3.5" intermediate charge pipe and Garrett turbo inlet
- O-ring seal at Garrett turbo inlet flange
- 5" Cold Air Intake with massive inverted cone Pusher 50 CAL Air Filter and prefilter included
- The Intermediate Exhaust Pipe (IEP) is coated standard with 2000F capable Cerakote.
- The 4" downpipe, equipped with our custom-engineered billet flange, is routed to avoid any modifications to the existing "low pressure" A/C lines. It is precisely shaped to ensure a smooth transition and perfect alignment with the S400 turbine inlet.
- 6061 TIG welded aluminum coolant overflow tank included
- Installs without relocating the factory fuel filter housing or A/C dryer
- All fittings and oil/water lines are premium-grade components sourced from trusted, well-known manufacturers
- Heavy duty 5-ply silicone couplers and full stainless t-bolt clamps at every boosted connection
- Extreme duty turbo mount
- S400 charger is placed in the optimal location for minimal impact to passenger side plastic inner fender and for optimal routing of every component in the system
- Included is every nut, bolt, hose, clamp, wire loom and even a CCV reroute for a beautiful install
- Various powder coat colors available
