The Pusher Max Compound Turbo System was meticulously designed and tested to deliver exceptional value and performance. Built to handle a wide range of applications, it’s suitable for everything from stock-powered daily drivers to drag and off-road race trucks exceeding 1,000 horsepower.
Compatible with 2007.5–2010 Duramax LMM trucks, the system supports most Borg Warner S400 frame chargers as well as Garrett chargers, offering versatility and reliability in demanding environments.
- CNC machined and laser cut flanges for flawless mounting to your Duramax engine
- Fully TIG welded with precise settings to produce beautiful welds and optimal penetration without impacting air flow.
- The overall design and location of all components allows easy access and installation
- Base kit includes 3" Pusher Max HD Charge Tube that properly supports the factory Y-bridge at over 70 PSI of boost
- Can be optioned with Pusher SuperMax Y-Bridge
- 3.5" intermediate charge pipe and Garrett turbo inlet
- O-ring seal at Garrett turbo inlet flange
- The Intermediate Exhaust Pipe (IEP) is coated standard with 2000F capable Cerakote.
- The 4" downpipe, featuring a billet flange, is designed to fit seamlessly without requiring any modifications to the existing low-pressure A/C lines. It is carefully formed to ensure a smooth transition and precise alignment with the S400 turbine inlet
- 6061 TIG welded aluminum coolant overflow tank included
- Installs without relocating the factory fuel filter housing or A/C dryer
- All fittings and oil/water lines are premium-grade components sourced from trusted, well-known manufacturers
- Heavy duty 5-ply silicone couplers and full stainless t-bolt clamps at every boosted connection
- Extreme duty turbo mount
- S400 charger is placed in the optimal location for minimal impact to passenger side plastic inner fender and for optimal routing of every component in the system
- Included is every nut, bolt, hose, clamp, wire loom and even a CCV reroute for a beautiful install
- Various powder coat colors available
