- Each injector is flow-matched to a 3% variance per set, using Viscor SAE-J967 testing at 40 degrees Celsius and 100 bar, ensuring precision and performance.
- We offer four different pressure/energizing points per injector, aligned with specific injection profiles (rate shape) for enhanced performance.
- Injector build specifications are custom-matched to the nozzle flow rate for each size, providing you with tailored solutions for your needs.
Available sizes for increased flow over stock include: 50%, 100%, 150%, and 200%. The industry has adopted these percentages as the standard sizing convention, allowing you to choose the right fit for your performance goals.
