The Sinister Diesel Hot & Cold Side Charge Pipe Kit for the 2023–2026 Ford 6.7L High Output Powerstroke is built for strength, performance, and reliability. The factory charge pipes are restrictive and made from plastic that can crack or blow apart under high boost pressure. This upgraded kit replaces both with precision-engineered 6061 aluminum tubing, providing smoother airflow, better throttle response, and improved power.
Each pipe is CNC mandrel-bent for perfect fitment and performance, then finished in our durable signature Sinister Blue powder coat for corrosion resistance and a clean, custom look. The included 4-ply silicone boots are rated to 400 PSI and paired with stainless spring clamps to ensure a secure, leak-free connection even under heavy load.
This kit installs easily with basic hand tools and requires no cutting or tuning, making it a simple yet powerful upgrade for any Powerstroke owner looking for better reliability and airflow.
Fitment Notice:
This kit is not compatible with the 2024 Cab & Chassis model equipped with the additional sensor on the Cold Side Charge Pipe. It fits perfectly on 2024–2026 F450 Pickup models. An updated part for the Cab & Chassis is in development.
