Precise engineered 1-piece strut spacers have a specific ‘Pitch and Index' offset to preserve CV extension and to prevent CV axle overextension within the OEM tolerances. A differential skid plate tie the two crossmembers together to create a rigid sub-frame and added protection for vital steering and driveline components. This all-inclusive kit has front and rear brake line relocation brackets, differential vent tube extension, a CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum front driveshaft spacer, rear driveshaft carrier bearing, cast ductile iron rear blocks with longer Grade 8 U-bolts and lock nuts. Complete with all high-quality grade mounting hardware. Every metal fabricated bracket is precise CNC laser cut and precision formed in CNC press break, there is expert workmanship in every component of the kit. Powder coated or Zinc plated to provide an extremely durable protective barrier to prevent corrosion. Nitro Shocks feature 150 psi pressurized nitrogen gas, twin-tube construction for quicker response with reliable ride control. Orifice control disk with variable 9-stage valving provides consistent oil flow. The larger sized 1-3/8 in. bore piston, leak-proof piston seal and rod guide eliminates oil bypass. An OE style single-lip oil seal minimizes friction for optimal sealing. The chromed piston rod provides superior corrosion resistance and enhances sealing properties. Base valve keeps gas pressure low allowing for a more comfortable ride. These and other features of Nitro Shocks provide improved tire contact with the road for control, safety, and performance.
