If your HE351VE has failed but you want to keep the variable geometry and grade-braking, this is the fix — a direct HE351VE replacement, no swap kit, no tuning to lose the VGT. Choose 60mm cast for factory-style reliability or 63mm billet for more airflow and power, with the actuator option to match your needs.
This is the turbo for the owner who wants the failure gone but the drivability kept — the opposite trade from an S300 swap.
