The L5P's factory variable-vane turbo is capable but complex, and on a hard-working or tuned truck both the reliability and the airflow ceiling become limiting. This kit bolts in a fixed-vane S300 that trades variable geometry for durability and a higher power ceiling, using your factory components that aren't included in the kit.
You get your choice of S300 turbocharger size, the pedestal, the downpipe, and the bolt-in hardware — built as a direct-fit package so the swap stays clean.
Requires custom tuning. As a conversion away from the factory variable-geometry turbo on an emissions-equipped truck, this is intended for off-road and competition use where permitted — check your local regulations before installing.
