The variable-geometry Holset on the 19-24 6.7L Cummins is clever engineering and a known failure point — soot, carbon, and corrosion take it out. This kit deletes the VGT and drops in a bulletproof fixed-geometry S300 in its place. Choose your turbo size and thrust bearing; mounting hardware is included.
Tuning required. This swap changes your turbo setup and needs supporting tuning to run right.
Assembled in the USA. 1-year unlimited-mileage warranty.
