The factory sequential twin-turbo setup on the 6.4L Power Stroke is complex and failure-prone. This kit rips it out and replaces it with a single S400 — simpler, stronger, and a lot more capable. Kit includes the Smeding S400, billet pedestal, heavy-duty exhaust riser, -6 oil feed and -10 oil drain lines, and the intermediate intercooler pipe. Pick your housing and turbo size.
Tuning required. This swap changes your turbo setup and needs supporting tuning to run right.
Assembled in the USA. 1-year unlimited-mileage warranty.
