Designed as a direct-fit replacement, this gearbox helps correct wandering, loose steering feel, and stiff steering caused by worn internal steering components. Built entirely with brand new parts and tested prior to shipping, it delivers dependable steering response and long service life.
Over time, internal steering gearbox components such as the worm gear, sector gear, and bearings can wear from normal driving, rough road conditions, potholes, and fluid leaks.
