With base spring pressures up to 50 psi, this wastegate is built for high-horsepower builds that don’t play around. Thanks to Turbosmart’s clever design, you get industry-leading thermal performance, exceptional fatigue resistance, and top-tier flow efficiency—so your boost stays consistent and your turbo runs happy.
The GenV is a complete redesign of the legendary Gen4 series. While it keeps the same mounting orientation, everything else is new and improved: CFD-optimized flow paths, better thermal management, and a whole list of new features. It’s also a direct-fit upgrade for any Gen4 Turbosmart wastegate, making installation a breeze.
This kit includes a collar-locking system, strap-style V-band clamps, clockable actuator housing, liquid-cooling provisions (optional), and multiple 1/8" NPT reference ports so you can route things exactly how you like. Basically, it’s built to handle anything you throw at it.
