The factory cast intake horn on a 2003-2007 Ram 2500/3500 5.9L Cummins necks down to less than 1.5" wide, and the plastic intercooler pipe feeding it is a known failure. The Wehrli 3.5" High Flow Intake Horn & Driver Side Intercooler Pipe Kit (Manufacturer Part # WCF100528) replaces both with 14 gauge aluminum — 60% greater flow than stock.

- Two 1/8" NPT ports built in – boost pressure gauge, water-methanol injection, or whatever else you are running. No drilling and tapping later.
- Keeps your dipstick and harness where they belong – a threaded bung for the oil dipstick tube and an 8mm port for the wire harness isolation clamp, so nothing is left dangling.
- Five-ply silicone boots and stainless T-bolt clamps – at both the intercooler and the horn.

Notes
- ⚠ 2003-2004 trucks require trimming. This 3.5" horn is significantly larger than the stock piece, and its smooth radius bends mean the plastic shroud over the throttle assembly on these earlier trucks must be trimmed to fit. 2005-2007 trucks are unaffected.
- Best paired with the WCFab Billet Intake Spacer kit. The horn works with the OEM grid heater or other brands' high-flow intake plates, but the internal surfaces won't match as cleanly as Wehrli's own spacer.
- Lead time varies by color. WCFab Red, Bengal Red and Gloss Black with the standard brushed tag are stocked and ship in 3-5 business days. All other colors are made to order on a 10-15 business day lead time.
