The intercooler outlet on a 2006-2010 Chevrolet Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 6.6L Duramax LBZ and LMM is plastic, and on an aging high-boost truck it is a known failure point. The Wehrli 3.5" High Flow Intercooler Outlet Elbow Kit (Manufacturer Part # WCF100466) replaces it with fabricated 14 gauge aluminum and a CNC machined double O-ring flange. This is a build part — read the Notes before ordering.

- ⚠ Not compatible with the OEM passenger / cold side intercooler pipe. This elbow is designed for aftermarket or custom fabricated high flow piping and turbo kits. If your truck still runs the factory cold side pipe, this will not connect — call us before ordering.
- Lead time varies by color. WCFab Red, WCFab Grey, Flat Black, Gloss White and Gloss Black are stocked and ship in 3-5 business days. All other colors are made to order on a 10-15 business day lead time.
