Add power to a 6.7L Power Stroke Super Duty and the axle wants to twist — that is how u-joints, driveshafts and axle housings get destroyed. The Wehrli 68" Traction Bar Kit (Manufacturer Part # WCF100399) is a complete kit with mounts, built in house and carrying a lifetime warranty against bending or breaking to the original purchaser. - RockJock Johnny Joints at the frame – rebuildable and greaseable, and they let you adjust axle torsion or correct for ride height changes.
- Poly bushings at the axle – deliberately not solid heims on both ends, which is the usual cause of noise and vibration complaints.
- Epoxy primer under the color – more than ten times the corrosion resistance of a single powder coat.

Installation Highlights
Remove the stock lower spring U-bolt brackets one side at a time and fit the new WCFab brackets, tightening the U-bolts evenly so the lower bracket matches the spring pad angle. Grease the bushings on assembly and use anti-seize on the heim threads. Welding is required for the frame side brackets.

- ⚠ 2017-2024 Crew Cab Short Bed trucks need the 60" kit, WCF100388, not this one.
- ⚠ Not compatible with FX4 gas tank skid plates on 2011-2016 Super Cab Short Bed.
- ⚠ 2017 or newer F-350 / F-450 dually with the Dana M300 axle (4.5" tubes) needs a different mount kit entirely — call us.
- ⚠ U-bolts facing up instead of down? Call before ordering. On a big lift, measure from your axle mounting point to your frame mounting point first to confirm bar length.
- ⚠ Welding required.
- Lead time varies by color. WCFab Red, Gloss White and Gloss Black with the standard brushed tag are stocked and ship in 3-5 business days. All other colors are made to order on a 10-15 business day lead time.
