Replace the two weakest links in the charge air path on your 2020-2026 Chevrolet Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 6.6L Duramax L5P with the Wehrli Stage 1 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit (Manufacturer Part # WCF100410). Out goes the restricted two-piece 2.5" driver side pipe and the leak-prone plastic and rubber passenger side pipe. In goes a one-piece 3" hot side and a 3.5" cold side in 14 gauge mandrel bent aluminum. Bolt on, no tuning, and SEMA certified emissions compliant.
Why Choose the Wehrli Stage 1 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit?
- SEMA Certified Emissions Compliant – Cert No. SC-WCF01-0176. Not every charge pipe upgrade carries one.
- 2.5" to 3" on the hot side, one piece – the factory pipe is two pieces with a resonator in the middle. Wehrli deletes the resonator and the middle boot joint entirely.
- 3.5" cold side with a billet adapter – CNC machined flange plus a black anodized billet aluminum adapter with a double O-ring seal, in place of the plastic and rubber piece that splits.
- Clip ring gone at the Y-bridge – the OEM clip ring design is replaced with a high quality silicone boot and stainless T-bolt clamps that hold real boost without weeping.
- Keeps the truck stock-compatible – retains every factory connection point and sensor, so nothing gets orphaned.
- 14 gauge mandrel bent aluminum – heavy wall with smooth aerodynamic bends, built in the USA.
- Custom powder coat – finished in your choice of Wehrli's colors.

- Stage 2 for this truck adds the 4" intake and air box on top of these pipes. Call if you would rather do it in one go.
