Most unused items can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging. Some products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty as well. Many of our parts are built to order — especially fabricated or performance components. These can take additional time to produce before shipping. Lead times vary by manufacturer and demand, but we’ll always keep you updated along the way. If you’re working on a tight schedule, reach out before ordering at 636-429-7020 and we’ll confirm current availability or estimated ship dates.
Once you add real power, the axle wants to twist — and that is how u-joints, driveshafts and axle housings get destroyed. The Wehrli Universal Fabricator Series 60" Traction Bars (Manufacturer Part # WCF100837) give you the bars, the joints and the bushings, and leave the mounts to you so they can be built for whatever you are running.
Why Choose the Wehrli Universal 60" Traction Bars?
- RockJock Johnny Joints at the frame end – rebuildable and greaseable, not a throwaway heim. When they wear, you service them instead of buying bars again.
- Poly bushings at the axle end – deliberately not a solid heim on both ends. Solid-on-solid is the setup people complain about for noise and vibration; this fixes it.
- Epoxy primer under the color – Wehrli puts an epoxy base coat down before the powder coat, which they rate at more than ten times the corrosion resistance of colour alone. These live under the truck, so that matters.
- Fabricator series, by design – mounts are left to you, so the bars suit a custom chassis, an odd wheelbase or a swap instead of only one application.
- Heavy duty 60" length – the common size for short and standard bed trucks.

- ⚠ Frame and axle mounts and installation hardware are sold separately. This is the bar kit only — that is the point of the fabricator series, but do not order expecting a bolt-on package. Call us if you want a vehicle-specific kit with mounts included.
- ⚠ Not compatible with rear coil spring or linked suspension setups.
- Lead time varies by color. WCFab Red, Illusion Purple, Gloss Black, Flat Black and Gloss White are stocked and ship in 3-5 business days. All other colors are made to order on a 10-15 business day lead time.
