The XDP X-TRA Cool HD Intercooler is engineered as a direct-fit replacement that installs in the factory location using the original brackets, mounting points, hoses, and intercooler boots. With its fully TIG welded construction, this intercooler is built to withstand higher boost pressures and demanding towing or performance applications.
Each intercooler is pressure tested and rated to withstand over 120 PSI, ensuring dependable performance under heavy load and high boost conditions. The intercooler arrives with a durable black coated finish and includes an XDP stencil so you can customize the “X” logo to match your truck or keep it stealth black.
