Like all XDP X-TRA Cool products, the HD Intercooler is a direct-fit and is designed to mount in place of your factory intercooler with zero modifications. The X-TRA Cool HD Intercooler is manufactured using a rugged bar and plate core, providing incredible strength.

X-TRA Cool Direct-Fit HD Intercoolers are designed for a simple install. Simply swap the XDP X-TRA Cool Intercooler for your factory unit and re-use all your stock plumbing, brackets, and mounts.

Not only is the HD Intercooler built stronger than your stock intercooler, it can withstand more pressure! Each unit has 100 percent TIG welded end tanks and the intercooler core is a bar and plate design that offers superior durability and reliability.

Each intercooler is pressure tested and rated to withstand 120+ PSI. All X-Tra Cool HD Intercoolers are also backed by a 1-year, unlimited mileage warranty.
