X-TRA Cool Water Pump Housing (Housing Only) 2001-2005 GM 6.6L Duramax LB7 / LLY

Replace the damaged or leaking water pump housing on your Duramax engine with the XDP X-TRA Cool Water Pump Housing XD684. Over time, factory housings can suffer from cavitation erosion or corrosion within the cooling system, which may lead to coolant leaks and reduced cooling efficiency.

Manufactured to meet strict factory specifications, this housing is a direct-fit replacement designed to restore proper cooling system operation. Each unit includes new seals to help ensure a reliable installation and long-term leak prevention. This product includes the housing only and does not include the water pump.

Important Notes

  • The harmonic balancer bolt must be removed to replace the water pump housing

  • The factory bolt is a torque-to-yield fastener and must be replaced during installation
