Replace the failing high-pressure and low-pressure turbochargers in your 2008–2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke with the XDP Xpressor OER Series New V2S Turbochargers XD575. Turbocharger failure can occur from oil contamination, lack of lubrication, worn seals, excessive exhaust temperatures, or turbo overspeed. These issues often result in excessive smoke, reduced power, poor fuel economy, increased oil consumption, or a check engine light.
The XDP Xpressor OER Series turbocharger set is a brand-new OE-style replacement designed to restore proper operation of your factory sequential turbo system. Unlike remanufactured units, these turbos are completely new and incorporate the latest engineering updates to deliver reliable performance and long service life.
Each turbocharger undergoes comprehensive quality validation including full RPM sweep end-of-line testing, hydraulic and pneumatic leak testing, burst testing, hot gas stand validation, and NVH analysis to ensure proper performance and durability.
Designed as a direct-fit replacement, the XD575 kit installs using factory mounting locations and connections. A turbocharger installation kit is included with new O-rings, gaskets, and hardware to help simplify installation.
